Correct market segmentation and its detailed evaluation are crucial for designing an optimal strategy and undertaking focused targeting of the diverse customer base of the huge Indian real estate market.  My feature story in ‘The Realty Paper’ highlights the various socio – economic factors that impact the real estate market and how best the market can be segmented in Urban and Rural India. I further analyse how the demands of each of these segments vary and why ‘One Size Fits All’ type of solutions will not work.
